Our recent visit to Paris marked a meaningful step in the journey of École Ducasse - Cairo Studio.
It was a privilege to return to campus and experience firsthand the precision, discipline, and attention to detail that define École Ducasse.
From the quality of the facilities and kitchens to the culture across the institution, every part of the visit brought greater clarity as École Ducasse - Cairo Studio moves closer to opening. Our studio will reflect the same world-class standards, operational rigor, and educational ethos that define École Ducasse. This ambition is further strengthened by the excellent collaboration with Omar Fathy and his team at Fatinc., who are overseeing the technical drawings and setup with remarkable precision, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Our sincere thanks go to the École Ducasse teams across Paris Campus and Ecole Ducasse - Paris Studio for their warm welcome, generosity, and trust. Their guidance and expertise will play an important role in ensuring that Chef Alain Ducasse’s philosophy is carried forward in Cairo with the excellence it deserves.
Attending the graduation ceremony on 28th June, 2026 was especially meaningful, and it was a true honour to meet Chef Alain Ducasse and discuss the progress of our project with him.
